Are Women Goal Setters or Goal Getters.?
Engage with your various opinions on women in financial technology in the 21st century. Are women just goal setters or they actually set and achieve their goals at the end?
In my opinion, women are not just goal setters but goal getters. They don’t actually base on ideas they explore with these ideas, creating and exhibiting these ideas into innovations, and into financial technologies. Most women are CEOs of companies and organizations because they focused their mindset in fulfilling their ambitions of succeeding amongst men in the technology field.
These women not only have their time in just technology innovation, finance, but in empowerment such as skill acquisitions, indulging in entrepreneurship. Women not only create opportunities for themselves but creates connections with the notion of getting an achievement and these have increased the involvement of women in today’s Economic Empowerment.
Women are not just goal setters but goal getters, and these should be a motion for other women who are thinking technology are meant for just men.
And here comes the big question,
Are Women really engaging in these Financial Technology?
As a goal setter or a goal getter or both!?
